Dexamethasone may be used whenever a parenteral corticosteroid preparation giving a medium duration of ac-tivity is indicated. It can be sed as an anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic agent in horse, cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, 
dogsand cats, and for the treatment of primary ketosis in cattle. The product can be also used to induce parturition 
in cattle. Dexamethasone is suitable for treatment of acetone anaemia,allergies, arthritis, bursitis, shock and te-ndovaginitis

For intramuscular or intravenous administration:
 Horse: 2.5-5 mg per day
 Cattle: 5-20 mg per day
 Calves, goats,and sheep: 4-12 mg per day
 Dogs and cats: 0.125-1 mg per day
